If you are new to these activations, please start your 3D to 5D journey using the activations on this LEVEL I page.
These activations provide a solid energetic foundation for further work. On this level, we are performing a general alignment, adjusting your fields to the reception of light codes, and assisting you in the process of remembering your true Self.
Start listening to one or two activations at a time, and then add, or switch, to another one after you have worked with the previous activations for a minimum of three days.
Once you have worked for a minimum of three days on all LEVEL I activations, feel free to move to LEVEL II: EMOTIONAL PROCESSING.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Listen to the activations in a comfortable place, free of interruptions, with your eyes closed. The use of headphones is recommended.
- Do not listen while engaged in other activities that require your full attention.
- Keep a journal next to you in case you need to write down any insights that may come into your awareness after using the activations.
- Listen to your body, some activations may trigger deep changes within your systems, so use accordingly and as instructed in each activation panel.
- Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the activations, try to quiet your mind, and simply absorb the light codes. Follow the listening instructions for each activation as stated.
Level 1
- GROUNDING ACTIVATION
This transmission will assist with the grounding and release of dissonant energies from your body fields. It is most beneficial during periods of energetic shifts, personal challenges, experiencing energetic clearings, and life transitions in general. This activation will connect you energetically to the core of our planet and induce feelings of safety, relaxation, and inner balance. - AWAKENING INTUITION
This code of light transmission is meant to expand, strengthen, and sharpen our natural intuitive skills. This will help you get clarity, open up to new creative possibilities, and gain confidence when listening to your inner Self. This transmission will improve the energy flow between the pineal gland and the third eye energy center. - SHINE YOUR LIGHT!
This transmission will awaken the memory of your Divine Light within. It will generate a state of relaxation from which your true light can shine onto the world. These codes will enliven your solar plexus area and remind you of the personal power that lies in you. You will be immersed in an energy field that will open up your self-confidence, joy, and lift your spirits up. - SOUL’S JOURNEY ALIGNMENT
These codes of Light will assist in the alignment of your soul’s divine journey with your current Earthly experience. Listening to this activation will create a renewed sense of purpose and help gain clarity on your next life’s steps as guided by your soul’s wisdom. This is a great activation to use when needing to get “back on track” and align yourself with a higher timeline of reality. - SUPPORTING PHYSICAL INTEGRITY
- The goal of this activation is to strengthen the energetic fields underlying our physical organs and systems as we undergo the 3D to 5D shift. The inner changes associated with the process of raising our vibration can be demanding at times on our physical vessel. Listening frequency: Once a day, specially when needing to obtain clarity about a situation. Drink a glass of water after each time you listen to the activation to facilitate the flow of information.
